Tom Barone from Enterprise Food Products joined co-chairs Chef Michael Morrison and Chef Alain Bedard at the IDDBA “Monday Night Party” on June 8, 2026, to support the first official event for the new RCA Florida Region. Tom handled printing and digital materials for the table, which included an RCA pop-up banner, leaflets, and 30% off QR-coded membership cards. His efforts were recognized by the head of the RCA Florida Board, who noted Tom’s valuable digital and printing skills.

The table saw strong attendance, with many attendees surprised Florida hadn’t previously had a chapter and taking it upon themselves to hand out QR cards. The event marked one of two required for the RCA Florida Region in 2026—a successful kickoff for the new chapter.
